The location and grounds felt stunning, perfect for a getaway. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and superb service. I loved the outdoor hot tub and pool area. they added a relaxing touch to my stay. I found the food to be delicious and healthy, definitely a highlight. the check-in process frustrated me. Being told I couldn't access my room until 5 PM despite it being ready made for an awkward situation. the room felt dated. the bathroom needed a good clean and had broken tiles. Spa facilities could use more loungers, as finding a spot was a challenge. some staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested at times. I expected more from such a reputable place, particularly regarding organization and room quality.

Beautiful grounds and a nice selection of fitness classes. The restaurant service was slow, waiting a long time for dinner orders.

A beautiful location with a lovely view overlooking manicured lawns made for a pleasant ambience. The attentive service from staff like Milly in the dining hall enhanced the experience, though the restaurant's menu felt limited and stale after a few days. there have been noticeable staffing issues in the dining area, which can lead to long waits for seating, diminishing the overall enjoyment of meals.

excellent facilities but limited dining options
I enjoyed the hydro pool tremendously. it was a perfect place to unwind. The view from my room was refreshing, and I could open the window for fresh air every morning.
Dining options could use more variety to enhance the experience.

Nice facilities, but not all that great
We spent 1 night in a double room, and the place was pretty nice. The outdoor area was lovely, and the treatments were relaxing. Breakfast was really underwhelming, too—fruit salad was just melon. It just feels like you're paying for extras on top of the high price.

A Mixed Stay with Potential
Enjoyed the boot camp experience, which was well-structured for all fitness levels. my Luxe Room fell short of expectations due to dated decor and maintenance issues. To future guests, consider a standard room for a more pleasant stay and avoid the busy times at the spa for better tranquility.

I loved lounging in the indoor spa pool and enjoying the steam room during my stay, which were both super relaxing! The only hiccup was a bit of a wait at check-in, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. If you’re planning to go, definitely check out the treatment options for a little pampering! 😊
